The Mega Arch
The Mega Arch, from TSG, is structural ladder technology like no other. The system simply comprises of a series of configurable ladders and node posts. The node posts can be altered to provide differing angles and thus altering the shape and size of the system.
The system can easily span up to 65mts whilst still giving a capacity of 7 tonnes per arch. To increase the capacity you can simply double up the ladders.
Bay sizes can vary from 1mt through to 6mt wide and the length of the system is theoretically endless but systems are out there that are over 120mt long.
As everything flat packs then transport costs are kept relatively low, and the components are designed to fit into a sea freight container in the most efficient way possible.
