Our three day courses are carried out on purpose built steel grid structures which replicate venue rigging grids. This ensures participants benefit from learning in a realistic but safe and controlled environment – away from the pressures of the workplace.
'Rigging' in this context means the installation and removal of lifting equipment used in tension for lifting and supporting entertainment industry production requirements.

3 day 'Rigging for the entertainment industry' course
The internationally renowned course that has been delivered at least 800 times since 1998, all over the world. 3 days of intensive practical rigging training on a purpose built steel structure.
2 day rigging course
2 day courses are very popular and usually held at the employer’s venue. We’ve offered this course since 2000 for those people rigging at stage or studio floor level. The course is equally useful for those who work on grids or catwalks where personal fall protection using PPE is not a requirement.
1 day 'Below the hook' course
Specifically designed for those who need to attach their equipment to hoists installed by others and to operate them. We’ve delivered this course to lighting, audio and AV technicians, workshop staff and even museum conservators.
1 day Work at height with PFPS
Held in any location with suitable facilities to use or demonstrate Personal Fall Protection Systems (PFPS).
