  • Outdoor Roof Systems: Used as part of a festival roof, or similar giving light weight, quick to install solutions for those small to medium events.
  • Video Screen Structures; Can be used as the main mast sections for for lighter weight TSG format video screen structures.

Components of an OV Truss Tower System

  3. Aluminium Base with Adjustable Feet: This base ensures a secure and stable foundation, preventing unwanted movement. The outrigger legs stay attached but fold up to it can be transported, along with the hinge, as one unit.
  4. Sleeve Block: Facilitates the connection of the grid aluminium truss to the tower system and allows for free movement vertically during the lift operation. The OV Tower sleeve facilitates the use of OV30 and OV40 trusses as the grid.
  5. Head Block with Pulleys: Essential for the operational mechanics of the tower, enabling smooth movement and functionality.

    • Nylon internally mounted wheels for safe capture of the tower.

    Features include:

    • Wheels for ease of movement.
    • Locking pins attached so they cannot be lost or forgotten.
    • Folding outriggers for self contained travel with the hinge section.
    • Optionally detachable outriggers.
    • Robust steel construction with fast-use levelling jacks.
    • Dbl wheels for ease of movement and positioning.
    • Fixing for side stabilising wires if used outdoors.

    Features include:

      • Dedicated Hinge unit for the tower.
  • Tower Lifting Frame; OVTLF
